Waiver With payment of your entry fee you agree to the following: You are a competent grade 3-4 paddler who can paddle the Wairoa River without assistance from others. You agree to comply with the rules of the 2008 Wairoa Whitewater Extreme Race and you intend to compete entirely at your own risk. You also hereby release and discharge Topline Agencies NZ Ltd., event directors, all sponsors, volunteer groups, or individuals from all claims for injuries and/or losses you may suffer. If you fail to return the bib which is handed out to you on registration day you agree to pay $ 50.00.
